Nice review as always.. The price of these drives are already dropping down under $200. making them mighty tempting to replace my smaller arrays with a pair of these mirrored..

You can fit alot of "stuff" on one of those badboys ;)

I'd never beable to fill a drive that large up............:eek: Hell, my WD 250 is only about a quarter full and I've had it for some time now. I just don't keep a lot of stuff on my drives I guess.

What did you get?

320GB SATA II Maxtor "Basics" drive, or something like that (the box is around here somewhere, but I can't find it). It's done me no harm :D you want a review?
