Don't see how a stock case could really be considered a mod.
I suppose you could have it customized.
I'd rather put more in to the guts.

they are ok i guess, but I'd rather do my own mods - in my opinion, a lot of those premodded cases are kinda unoriginal and i like the fact that i have a case that doesnt look like everyone else's...

also, modding is fun!!! :D

Mines Pre-Modded but not everyone has one.. so it's kinda rare I guess :)

Mine had a window and a cool yellow paint job, but I still do a lot of stuff to it.

I don't see anything wrong with them personally, even if it is never changec buy the person who owns it (ie: they leave it as is). It's a lot cheaper than buying a case and a dremel, and plexi and this and that........yadda yadda yadda, in fact the cases that I have my eye on are premodded (factory window) but I don't plan on using the factory window, but over and above that, the case I'm intrested in, offers better price than alot of the other cases that have caught my eye, and in the end it all comes down, to what kind of value am I going to get for my modding dollars.

i think it's kinda cool to have a computer that NO ONE else has one like.
i always thought that was kinda the point of case mods, you made your computer look different than everyone else's, an originality thing..

I've rewrote this response several times, and all I can say is "I don't like pre-mod that much anymore"

I would never buy one, because I like my mods to be original, and premoded cases are....boring, everybody can buy one.
Plus, nothing compares to the feeling you have when the mod you worked so hard on is finally complete ;)
