got my side window in....

well after putting it off since Xmas:) I put the window kit I got from my wife in. I used a jigsaw with a scroll blade to cut the fan hole in the lexan, and a fine tooth metal blade to cut the window hole out.
let me say that fitting the rubber gasket in was a *****! I ended up glueing the gasket to the case, then inserting the window.

i know what you're saying. when i installed my window (and it was only a rectangle) i still took about 45-120 minutes to install.
i'm asuming there must be a trick to it.

did you use some soapy water? makes it a lot easier...

i tried it. still a pain to get in, once you get it started it's easy.
assuming you don't pull it out after you get it in when trying to adjust it. :rolleyes:
